PERSONAL COACHING is different for everyone. You come with your own way of thinking and your own desired outcomes. I respect you, the way you think and act, what you want to achieve and how you want to get there. I also help you think more critically and build on the successful life skills you already have, while possibly developing and improving a few more.
CORPORATE COACHING is a highly specialised area, where we first need to engage in a scope of work discussion to clearly identify your objectives and to explore how you see coaching being a part of the strategy to meet those needs. This may range from executive coaching to designing a Leader As Coach programme for your leadership team's professional development.
GETTING STARTED - Whether your coaching need is for Personal or Corporate Coaching, please email me through the Contact page or call me directly on 0416 006 476 (or +61 416 006 476 if you're outside of Australia). This way we can start exploring what you're looking for and immediately begin co-designing some solutions if appropriate.
RATES - For Personal Coaching, the rate is $160.00+GST/session, frequency typically 1 hour per week. For Corporate Coaching, the rate will be calculated based on the scope of work, however rates average at $250+GST per hour.
AVAILABILITY - Currently, my business partner, Sarah Hue-Williams and I are working on the launch of a new global initiative called ask a coach .com which will launch in October 2007. This means that my schedule is rather full at the moment and am therefore utilising a team of highly qualified, experienced and credentialled coaches to support the needs of our clients. Please be aware that I may be providing a referral to one of my coaches if appropriate to do so after speaking with you and learning more about your needs.
